At Bestiecoss, we aim to deliver your favorite products quickly, safely, and affordably. Our shipping services are designed with customer convenience, transparency, and legal compliance in mind.
We partner with leading logistics providers and courier services across India to ensure timely delivery. Depending on your location, you may receive your package via third-party courier services.
We ship to all major cities and towns across India. However, please confirm delivery availability in your area before placing your order.
We currently deliver to over majority pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, you’ll be notified during checkout.
Standard Shipping: ₹0 – ₹99 (may vary based on order value, size, weight, and location)
Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders, as applicable

Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier partner details will be shared via email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. You can track your package in real time under “My Orders” in the app.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
In case of failed delivery, the package will be returned to the seller or warehouse.
You can request re-delivery or cancellation through our support team.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Natural disasters, lockdowns, or adverse weather
Festive seasons and national holidays
Address-related issues or remote locations
In such cases, we will notify you proactively via SMS, email, or app notifications.
Currently, Bestiecoss does not support international shipping. We only deliver within India.
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit or receive a tampered, open, or visibly damaged package, please:
Do not accept the delivery.
Report it within 24 hours through the Bestiecoss app or at support@bestiecoss.com.
Upload a photo/video as proof, if possible.
We will initiate an investigation and process a replacement or refund, as applicable. please contact our customer support team immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Prepaid Orders: Processed faster and prioritized in dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations and subject to eligibility. COD handling charges may apply.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays, cancellations, or additional charges.
